FRP Structural Profiles

FRP pultruded profiles are constructed from continuous glass fibers, which are coated with a glass fiber mat and immersed in unsaturated polyester or epoxy resin before undergoing a heating and pultrusion process. This innovative manufacturing method results in profiles that are exceptionally strong, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion, making them ideal for a variety of demanding applications.

These pultruded FRP profiles are extensively utilized across multiple sectors, including construction, infrastructure, and industrial settings. They are available in various configurations, such as square tubes, round tubes, angle bar, and I-beams. Applications include FRP grids for flooring, anti-corrosion platforms for chemical processing, fence systems for safety and security, cooling tower supports for thermal management, and material supports for structural integrity.

With their excellent mechanical properties and durability, FRP pultruded profiles offer reliable solutions that enhance performance and longevity in even the most challenging environments.

Overview: FRP Angles are L-shaped structural components that provide robust support at corners and joints. Manufactured through the Pultrusion process, they offer high mechanical strength with dimensional stability. Their corrosion resistance and non-conductive properties make them suitable for a wide range of applications in aggressive environments.
