Flexton’s FRP Grating Systems are designed to deliver maximum strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life in industrial and outdoor environments. Manufactured using high-performance resin systems and reinforced fiberglass, our gratings provide excellent load-bearing capacity while remaining lightweight and maintenance-free.
Unlike traditional metal gratings, FRP gratings are non-corrosive, non-conductive, fire-retardant, and easy to install, making them ideal for industries like chemical plants, power stations, marine structures, and public infrastructure.
We offer two major types of FRP Gratings — Moulded FRP Grating and Pultruded FRP Grating — each designed to meet different mechanical and structural requirements.
Overview: Flexton’s Moulded FRP Gratings are engineered for superior performance in demanding environments where metal gratings fail due to corrosion or conductivity. Manufactured through a precision moulding process using continuous fiberglass rovings and high-grade resin, these gratings deliver bi-directional strength, excellent impact resistance, and long-term dimensional stability.
Their uniform grid design ensures efficient load distribution, while the anti-slip surface provides safe footing even in oily, wet, or chemical areas. Ideal for industrial flooring, drainage trenches, walkways, and platforms, moulded FRP gratings combine strength, safety, and zero maintenance in one system.

Overview: FRP molded gratings for solar walkways are manufactured as narrow, purpose-built panels to create safe, low-profile access strips across solar arrays. These narrow-width panels reduce material waste, allow simple modular installation between panel rows, and are optimized for repeated foot traffic during inspection and maintenance while keeping the system lightweight for rooftop applications.
